NameSPEC 7NRV, WI 1070, Assess ASTM E709 v. E3024 for MPI
Start Date06/18/2021
Closing Date07/09/2021

CoordinatorBenjamin Coco
ProposalDetermine suitability of ASTM E3024 as a reference in API-SC5 standards vs the current reference to ASTM E709; replace reference across applicable standards. Multiple SC5 documents reference ASTM E709. ASTM E3024 developed by ASTM for use in general industry as a standard practice for MPI. Use of ASTM E3024 vs the general tutorial document ASTM E709 will better standardize MPI referenced in API-SC5 documents.
